    Job Description

    All Care Therapies is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic outpatient clinics! This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving therapy team, serving our community in Los Angeles since 2009 with five locations around the area. As a leader in the rehabilitative care industry, we strive to continually bring solutions to address the evolving challenges of therapy providers.     Responsibilities

    • Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional functioning to determine their needs and goals.
    • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized plans of care and goals for patients based on assessment findings.
    • Intervention: Provide clinic-based occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
    • Education: Educate clients and their caregivers on techniques and strategies to enhance their independence and well-being.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, session notes, and other necessary documentation.
    • Compliance: Adhere to relevant ethical and legal standards and regulations, including patient privacy and confidentiality (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
    • Technology: Utilize EMR platforms and tools effectively to complete documentation.
    • Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest developments in occupational therapy and engage in ongoing professional development.
    • Safety: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with professional and regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    • Unrestricted Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Active CA State Occupational Therapy License.
    • 3+ years experience in a clinic or outpatient setting and successful clinical interview.
    • Caring and compassionate demeanor.
    • Should be comfortable working across the lifespan.
    • Feeding and/or hand therapy experience preferred.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good time management skills.
    • CEU requirements maintained.
    • Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian preferred but not required.

    Additional Information

    We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

    The pay range for this position is: $43-$60/hour.
