    Physical Therapist

    Join our team as a Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role in restoring and improving the physical, social, and mental functions of our patients while meeting department objectives.

    Job Description

    • Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
    • Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
    • Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas that require attention.
    • Use appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients.
    • Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
    • Establish individualized care and discharge plans and ensure plans are communicated to appropriate parties.
    • Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
    • Supervise assigned assistants.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
    • Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals.
    • Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals.

    Requirements

    • Must meet all state educational requirements.
    • At least 1 year of PT experience - REQUIRED.
    • BLS, CPR certification.
    • Active state license.
    • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
