Job Description
- Support children as they navigate their developmental journey.
- Work closely alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide personalized, one-on-one assistance.
- Help children cultivate vital communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Provide in-home therapy for children and build meaningful connections with clients and their families.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain open communication with supervisors.
- Participate in supervision meetings and complete the necessary training to obtain your RBT certification within 45 days.
Requirements
- Your enthusiasm for working with children is a must!
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Seeking individuals who embody patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Possess reliable transportation.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements.
