Job Description

• Support children as they navigate their developmental journey.
• Work closely alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide personalized, one-on-one assistance.
• Help children cultivate vital communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Provide in-home therapy for children and build meaningful connections with clients and their families.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain open communication with supervisors.
• Participate in supervision meetings and complete the necessary training to obtain your RBT certification within 45 days.

Requirements

• Your enthusiasm for working with children is a must!
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Seeking individuals who embody patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements.
