    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the management of the physical therapy clinic, ensuring patient and employee satisfaction, and evaluating and treating patients.
    • Oversee effective clinical operations, clinic growth, and staff development.
    • Develop relationships with referring physicians and maintain referral sources.
    • Provide high-quality daily patient therapy including evaluations, treatment, and discharge documentation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Plan, provide, and coordinate all aspects of direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    • Manage and drive Key Performance Indicators such as patient visits, referrals, and billing trends.
    • Direct patient care using manual therapy, modalities, and exercise instruction.
    • Facilitate staff development and ensure compliance with billing and documentation standards.
    • Supervise clinic staff, manage schedules, and participate in budget planning.
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, Medicare, and company policies.
    • Develop marketing plans and secure referral sources within the area.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
    • Current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations.
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

    Physical Demands:

    • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.
    • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
