  • External Beam 3D Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
  • Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (SBRT)
  • Stereotactic body radiation therapy
  • CT simulation
• Comfortable with head and neck cancer
• Other Information: Have one Linear Accelerator - Varian TrueBeam
• Client Name/Worksite Location: Baptist Health Deaconess, Madisonville, KY
• Size of Facility: 410 staffed beds
• Reason for Need: Short staffed, recruiting permanent coverage
• Other Locum Agencies working on this: Yes
• Number of FTEs Needed: 1
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Inpatient/Outpatient: Daily Census/Patient Volume: Average 15 onc treatments per day, CT Sims 3 days a week (average 2 per day)
• Shift Structure/Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm clinic; Fridays are a little slower with the option to end early if needed
• Support Staff/Services: Will client pay for travel? Yes
