Job Description:
- Administer physical therapy in accordance with state law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric
- Assess patient data to identify age-specific needs and provide necessary care
- Exercise functional supervision of PTAs and support personnel during clinical activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved school required
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved school preferred
- New graduates acceptable; 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Licensed (temporary or permanent) as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Permanent licensure to be completed as per state requirements
- Must pass PA State Police criminal history check and PA Department of Public Welfare Child Abuse Central Register
- Valid PA driver's license required for travel
- CPR certification required and must be maintained
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
