    Job Description:

    • Evaluate a patient's rehabilitation potential
    • Establish realistic goals
    • Plan and administer a treatment program to meet the patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance
    • Ensure all Occupational Therapy treatments and modalities are in accordance with established policies and procedures
    • Maintain the highest degree of quality patient care at all times

    Requirements:

    • Maintains a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Indiana
    • Current BLS certification
    • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
    • Additional languages desirable
