    Job Description:

    • Administer physical therapy treatment interventions guided by a plan of care established by a Physical Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.
    • Participate with a Physical Therapist in developing treatment programs for therapy patients.

    Requirements:

    • Maintain a current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Indiana.
    • Current BLS certification.
    • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
    • Additional languages desirable.
