PRN Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Muncie, Indiana

Job Description:

• Evaluate a patient's rehabilitation potential and establish realistic goals
• Plan and administer a treatment program tailored to the patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance
• Ensure all Physical Therapy treatments and modalities adhere to established policies and maintain the highest degree of quality patient care

Requirements:

• Maintain a current Physical Therapy license in the state of Indiana
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Additional languages desirable
