Join our dynamic team as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting. This position offers an opportunity to work in a 253-bed acute care hospital, including a 20-bed inpatient rehab unit, located in the beautiful Port Charlotte area.

Job Description

• Evaluate and treat patients in an acute care environment.
• Work with mobility equipment and manage a patient ratio of typically 9-10 patients per day (75% productivity standard).
• Collaborate with a team of about 20 PT caregivers.
• Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Requirements

• Valid Florida PT license.
• MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university.
• Acute care experience.
• Preferred: Meditech experience and ICU experience.
