Job Description:

• PT needed for ACUTE MED SURG/ SOME IPR/OP settings
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday
• Facility has 154 beds: 95 MED-SURG and 23 BED IRF
• Position may be required to float to IPR / OP units

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist with Acute Experience: 2 years
• Licensed in state
• Familiarity with MEDITECH EMR
