Job Description

• PT - Rehab needed ASAP for 13 weeks, 11:15 AM - 7:45 PM
• Type of equipment: walker, gait belt, etc.
• EMR: Meditech
• Education: Bachelor's of Science or higher degree from a university in Physical Therapy
• Experience: Prefer one or more years of experience in Physical Therapy settings such as Acute, Inpatient Rehab, Pediatrics, and Outpatient as appropriate
• Required certifications: Physical Therapy License issued by The Executive Council of Physical Therapy (ECPTOTE) Texas State Board, Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Best personality fit: Hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent
• Scrub color/attire: black pants and olive/sage green scrub top

Requirements

• Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of rehab experience
• Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: BLS-AHA (Copy needed)
• Work history: Should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last year
