Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in physical therapy practice, particularly in inpatient and acute care environments.
• Familiarity with geriatrics, pediatrics, and home community care is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and the ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience working within hospital systems or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
