We are looking for a full-time Medical Assistant with the ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced, but fun work environment.

Job Description

• Recording medical history and vitals
• Rooming patients
• Assisting physicians with minor in-office medical procedures
• Scheduling testing procedures such as MRIs
• Scheduling patients with other physician offices
• Pre-certifications
• Clean and maintain instruments
• Cleaning treatment rooms
• Communicating patient needs with physicians
• Assisting physician with charting
• Trimming toenails
• Returning patient phone calls
• Some receptionist duties such as answering phones and making patient appointments
• Surgery scheduling
• Administrative duties
• Perform front desk duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous CNA or MA experience is preferred but not required
