    Job Description:

    • Provide physical therapy services according to a physician's plan of care
    • Initiate physical therapy programs and instruct personnel and family/caregivers
    • Train patients in the use of prosthetic devices
    • Identify patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services
    • Provide physical therapy consultation to families/caregivers
    • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants according to policy and regulations

    Requirements:

    • Current CA Physical Therapist (PT) license
    • Newly Graduated Physical Therapists are welcome
    • Preferred: 2 years of physical therapy experience
    • Experience Preferred: 1 year of home health experience
    • Current CPR card for Healthcare Providers
    • Licensed driver with an insured automobile
    • Ability to travel in the San Francisco territory
    • Good verbal and written communication and organization skills
    • Chinese speaking preferred
