Cardiovascular APP

Our client is looking to add a Cardiovascular APP to their team ASAP!

Job Description

• Schedule: Full-time starting 6/6/2024
• Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • One clinic day per week (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
  • Four inpatient/OR days per week
• Call:
  • First call (ICU, ED, Outpatient)
  • Weeknight/weekend call divided amongst three APPs
  • Vein call divided amongst three APPs

Responsibilities

• Perform vein harvesting; candidates must be proficient in vein taking
• Assist in OR cases (3-8 cases per week)
• Provide clinical support in the CVICU (10-bed unit)

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
• Active Michigan license, DEA, and CSR preferred
• Minimum of 50 cases within 12 months
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC/Dragon EMR and dictation tools
• Not considering new grads

Additional Requirements

• All Medical Schools must be on the California Approved List
• All Residencies & Fellowships must be ACGME Approved
• No large malpractice issues
• Clean NPDB
• Three professional references within 18 months
