Using ABA therapy, we teach clients diagnosed with autism and related disorders to successfully learn important skill sets that will enrich their lives in a scientific and measurable way. Our programs are extensively supervised and research-based.
Job Description
- Full-time BCBA/LABA position in the Boston and surrounding areas
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols under the supervision of the Clinical Director
- Assist in client intake and assessments
- Directly implement individualized treatment plans/behavior protocols
- Provide direct supervision and training to staff in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior
Requirements
- Must be certified by and in good standing with the BACB
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and other stakeholders, including schools and community service providers
- Compassionate and caring; passionate about the opportunity to improve the lives of others
- Effective clinical judgment and insight
- Familiarity with the field of early intervention preferred
- Open to recent graduates; we provide extensive training and supervision to new BCBAs

Minimum Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing
- LABA in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation
