CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to each assigned patient, resident, or client with daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident/patient or client's assessment and plan of care.

Job Description

• Required to assist or complete resident activities of daily living according to the care plan for assigned residents.
• Activities of daily living shall include but are not limited to:
  • Complete bathing of residents either by the bed, shower, or tub.
  • Helping residents get dressed or completely dressing residents unable to dress themselves.
  • Helping residents who can use the toilet.
  • Washing, cleaning, and keeping dry residents who are not able to use the toilet.

Requirements

• Must be certified by the State of New York.
• Certification must be active and current with no findings as verified by the Certified Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Pass all background checks.
• Physical examination.
• PPD test.
• MMR & Varicella vaccinations.
• Flu vaccine.

Job Type

• Part-time and full-time positions available.

Pay

• $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Expected Hours

• No more than 40 hours per week.

Experience

• Caregiving: 1 year (Required).

License/Certification

• CPR Certification (Preferred).
• CNA License (Required).
