    Mental Health Treatment Provider

    Provide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitates healthy development of children and youth and increases family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered in the school, home, and community, and include assessment, individual and family therapy, and crisis response. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

    Job Description

    • Provide mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team
    • Deliver services in school, home, and community settings
    • Conduct assessments, individual and family therapy, and crisis response
    • Build purposeful and respectful relationships with clients

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in social work or related field (Required)
    • State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) required
    • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
    • Prior experience working with children and families
