Substance Use Counselor

Provide quality treatment that facilitates recovery and wellness for persons living with substance use concerns. Services are client-centered, delivered in the home/community and include assessment, individual therapy, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Job Description

• Provide quality treatment that facilitates recovery and wellness for persons living with substance use concerns.
• Deliver client-centered services in the home/community, including assessment, individual therapy, and case management.
• Build purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
• State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.)
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• CAADC, Development Plan or eligible and willing to actively pursue
• Experience with gender-responsive treatment preferred
