Mental Health Therapist
Provide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitates the healthy development of children and youth and increases family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered primarily in an identified school within Kent County and in home/community to support the work. Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy, and crisis response. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Job Description
- Provide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team
- Deliver services primarily in schools and home/community settings
- Conduct assessments, individual and family therapy, and crisis response
- Build purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care
Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work or related field
- State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC / LLP etc.) required
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Prior experience working with children and families preferred
- Knowledge of school systems/supports in Kent County preferred
