    School Based Therapist

    This is a school-based therapist position within Plainwell. Working with ages from elementary to high school, you will provide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitates the healthy development of children and youth and increases family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered in identified schools within the Plainwell area. The position includes assessment, individual and family therapy, and crisis response. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based practice.

    Job Description

    • Provide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team

    • Conduct assessments, individual and family therapy, and crisis response

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in social work or related field
    • State license (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC, etc.) required
    • Bilingual / Spanish preferred
    • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
    • Prior experience working with children and families
    • Knowledge of school systems and supports
