    Substance Use and Mental Health Disorder Treatment Provider

    Provide quality substance use and mental health disorder treatment as part of a team approach to care for women with children. Services are client-centered and delivered in the home/community and include assessment and individual therapy. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

    Job Description

    • Provide quality substance use and mental health disorder treatment as part of a team approach to care for women with children.
    • Deliver services that are client-centered and include assessment and individual therapy.
    • Build purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in social work or related field
    • State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) required
    • Bilingual / Spanish preferred
    • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
