    Nurse (RN or LPN)

    Join our team as a Nurse (RN or LPN) for the PM shift from 2 PM to 10 PM. This position is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and supporting all activities of daily living to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of all residents in the facility.

    Job Description

    • Monitor residents' condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
    • Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
    • Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
    • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.

    Requirements

    • Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
    • Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
