Job Description:
- Responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
- Support in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility
Essential Duties:
- Monitor residents' condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care
- Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician
- Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required

Qualifications:
- Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course
- Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN
