    Job Description

    • Conduct and document patient evaluations.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans and results.
    • Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and family members.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited professional program in physical therapy.
    • Licensed PT in Georgia.
    • BLS Certified.
