Primary Care Physician

Location: Fairfield, Connecticut

Job Description:

• Work as a Primary Care Physician (Internal or Family Medicine trained)
• Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care Adult Medicine (18+)
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, with an option for a 4-day work week
• Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
