Primary Care Physician

Location: Plainfield, Connecticut

Job Description:

• Full-time position with an option for 100% Outpatient Primary Care (Adult Medicine - 18+) or a split between Primary Care and Hospital Medicine (3 days Primary Care and 2 days per week Hospital Medicine)
• Maintain all of your hard-earned skills with opportunities for both in and outpatient split options
• Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Requirements:

• Role available for Internal or Family Medicine Physicians
• Located in the semi-rural town of Plainfield, CT, within 45 minutes of Providence, RI
