Family Medicine Physician

Location: Bay City, MI

Job Description:

• Seeking a full Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City.
• Full-Time; Day shift
• All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
• Call 1:10 with nurse triage line support

Requirements:

• Certifications and Licensures:
  • Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine
  • Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
• Required Education:
  • Successful completion of an ACGME approved Residency

Compensation:

• Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan. Benefits include:
