Community health center seeking BE/BC Family Medicine to join its practice in Warsaw, NY.

Job Description:

Health Center and Community Details:

• Full-service, county-owned health system located in Warsaw, NY
• 62-bed acute-care hospital with a 138-bed attached Skilled Nursing Facility
• Provides inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, acute, ambulatory, and inpatient behavioral health services
• Only hospital facility in the county and the only comparable facility within a 35-mile radius
• 25 employed physicians across ten clinics providing primary and specialist services
• Completed a $32M addition and renovation project, including a 12,000 square foot addition for Emergency Department, Lobby, Patient Registration, Laboratory Draw Stations, and more
• Renovations include maternity floor, skilled nursing facility, ambulatory surgery unit, and various support departments
• Addition of new providers and development of a quality, cooperative team providing healthcare in a friendly, rural environment
• Includes providers in primary care, orthopedic, podiatry, cardiology, nephrology, OB-GYN, and general surgery
• Collaborative relationship with Erie County Medical Center (ECMC), an advanced academic medical center with 573 inpatient beds and more than 30 outpatient specialty care services
• Access to key sub-specialists for higher acuity patients
