Job Description:

• Seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established, employed team.
• Full-time position.
• Join an established practice with a model of 3 physicians and 3 APPs.
• Collaborative team of physicians, including radiation oncologists, APPs, scribes, pharmacists, and an extensive, tenured staff.
• Supportive environment: APPs take first call.
• Epic EMR system.

Compensation Package:

• $600,000 starting base salary plus wRVU production incentive.
• $50,000 starting incentive package includes sign-on bonus, relocation, and residency stipend.
• CME allowance.

Facility and Team Environment:

• Accredited facility with onsite Radiation Oncology.
• Team includes licensed RNs, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and scribes to increase operational flow and efficiency.
• Onsite pharmacist and pharmacist drug preauthorization technicians for quality-driven drug evaluation and implementation.
