Primary Care Physician

Location: Plainfield, Connecticut

Job Description:

• Full-time Internal or Family Medicine Physician position
• Option of 100% Outpatient Primary Care (Adult Medicine - 18+) or a split between Primary Care and Hospital Medicine (3 days Primary Care and 2 days per week Hospital Medicine)
• Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
• Maintain all of your hard-earned skills with an in and outpatient split option
