Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide the highest quality care. Continuity of care, coordination and consultation, diagnostic tests, appropriate prescribing, and patient education are all integral aspects of the provider's scope of practice. The Medical Group is a progressive, multi-site, multi-specialty group with medical, dental, and behavioral health offices throughout northeastern Pennsylvania. The successful candidate for this position will join the Pinnacle Family Health Center team, providing internal medicine services. Job Description

• Provide high-quality care in internal medicine
• Coordinate patient care and consultations
• Perform diagnostic tests and appropriate prescribing
• Educate patients on health management

Requirements

• CRNP or FNP, or PA
• Ability to obtain PA license and DEA
• CPR Certification
