Location: Cushing, Oklahoma

Job Description:

• Join a team consisting of 4 Physicians and 1 APP
• Expected patient load of 22 per day average
• EMR: EPIC
• Flexible scheduling available (4 10's or 5 8's), clinic is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Lab and X-ray onsite
