Urgent Care Veterinarian - Co-Medical Director and/or Partner

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and urgent care to a variety of animal patients, including cats, dogs, and exotics (reptiles, avians, pocket pets).

What to Expect:

• Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 per year, plus pro-sal (no negative accrual).
• Additional Compensation: Medical Director stipend.
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 ($20,000 paid out initially, then $15,000 at 12-months and $15,000 at 24-months).
• Schedule: Four days per week with three 10-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift, including breaks for lunch and dinner.
• Supportive staff with a 2:1 staff to doctor ratio.

Ark Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care is a staple of the Henrietta community and surrounding Rochester area, known for its commitment to providing the highest quality services for pets. Our facility opened in 2018 and is one of the few exotic urgent care centers in the area.

We collaborate closely with local animal shelters to provide spay/neuter services, veterinary care, and more. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the community and provide compassionate care for all animals.

Our hospital offers a wide range of surgical services and comprehensive in-house diagnostics. The facility is equipped with six exam rooms, one surgical suite, and utilizes the Impromed PM system.
