Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description:

• Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy, and counseling
• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
• Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care
• Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
• Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans
• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Preference for clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania
• Professional licensure must enable independent practice
• Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible
• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
• Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong communication skills
• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred

Position Logistics:

• Schedule is determined by AtHome Operations. We will work to create a schedule that meets your needs as well as the business needs of the organization. Array operates 7 days/week, 7am-11pm
• 100% remote position
• Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
• Likely to be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. Support for that process and costs covered or reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses

Compensation and Benefits:

• The pay range for this role is $34 - $41 an hour. Final offer determined based on individual skills, experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law
