A thriving private dental practice with four locations seeks a talented and motivated Associate Dentist to join their team! The incoming doctor will primarily work at the Chillicothe location, with potential opportunities to serve at the Hamilton office.

Job Description:

• Schedule: 4-5 days per week
• Compensation:
  • Guaranteed base salary of $200,000
  • Competitive production-based pay at 32-34% of adjusted net collections
• Practice Features:
  • Comprehensive full-scope dentistry, including pediatric care, oral surgery, endodontic procedures, extractions, implants, orthodontics, and general dentistry
  • Immediate patient base to ensure a busy schedule from day one
  • Supportive team environment in a modern facility
• Loan Repayment Incentive:
  • NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible: Receive up to $60,000 in tax-exempt loan repayment for a two-year commitment, with re-eligibility after two years

Requirements:

• Education: DDS or DMD degree; must be licensed to practice in Missouri or have the ability to obtain a Missouri license before the start date
• Experience: Open to both new graduates and experienced providers
