Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service, motivational interviewing, and short-term counseling intervention.
- Respond to mental health-related crises in the community and connect individuals to necessary services.
- Utilize assessment and motivational interviewing techniques for short-term crisis support.
- Engage in community resources to formulate appropriate clinical dispositions.
- Ensure trauma-informed customer experiences while maintaining compliance with program regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, interdepartmental communication, and community engagement.
- Generate documentation, data collection, reports, and diagnostics as needed.
- Collaborate with outcome evaluation processes and adhere to professional conduct standards.
Requirements:
- Level II Background clearance.
- Acceptable driver's license record as per Aspire's insurance guidelines.
- Master’s Degree in MH Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
