    Job Description:

    • Provide exceptional customer service, motivational interviewing, and short-term counseling intervention.
    • Respond to mental health-related crises in the community and connect individuals to necessary services.
    • Utilize assessment and motivational interviewing techniques for short-term crisis support.
    • Engage in community resources to formulate appropriate clinical dispositions.
    • Ensure trauma-informed customer experiences while maintaining compliance with program regulations.
    • Participate in staff meetings, interdepartmental communication, and community engagement.
    • Generate documentation, data collection, reports, and diagnostics as needed.
    • Collaborate with outcome evaluation processes and adhere to professional conduct standards.

    Requirements:

    • Level II Background clearance.
    • Acceptable driver's license record as per Aspire's insurance guidelines.
    • Master’s Degree in MH Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
