Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician

This role will be onsite at our Cass City office. Candidates must be willing to work at the Cass City office.

Job Description

• Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician within our Laboratory department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
• The primary purpose of this position is to perform various laboratory analyses in the area of blood banking, coagulation, microbiology, hematology, urinalysis, and serology in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, to assure that a quality laboratory service is being provided at all times.

Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science Degree or Bachelor's degree preferably as MT/CLS/MLS
• Registered with ASCP or AMT-HEW, or registry eligible
• Previous experience in all areas of laboratory
• Ability to positively interact at all levels of the organization and with all physicians proactively

Benefits

• Sign-on bonus available: $5000 ($2500 at start, $2500 after 6 months of employment)
