ACP is hiring a part or full-time Outpatient Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW) to become a valued member of our clinic team. Outpatient Therapists are an integral part of our team, providing much-needed services to a diverse range of clients.

Job Description

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Timely, accurate submission of documents as required.

Starting Pay: $60k - $75k annually. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule.
