Adult Clinical Therapist

Under the direction of the Supervisor, assesses clients (adults) needs; develops and implements individualized treatment plans; implements interventions that facilitate adult progress toward specific goals and objectives; participates in multi-disciplinary case staffing and utilizes caseload management systems; conducts individual (adult), family, and group counseling sessions in accordance with professional standards; collaborates with appropriate agencies and parties within the community; and performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Conduct individual (adult), family, and group counseling sessions
• Collaborate with appropriate agencies and parties within the community

Requirements

• Master's level counselor/social worker
• Experience providing individual (adult) therapy to diverse populations
• Previous experience with adults required
• Adequate transportation for frequent home visits, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of registration and licensure within defined area
• Strong computer skills
• Effective communication both written and verbal
