    Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

    WellTech Partners is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a respected, long-established medical group specializing in pain management, musculoskeletal care, and rehabilitative medicine. This position is ideal for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates eager to gain expertise in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our board-certified providers deliver innovative, compassionate, and cost-effective care for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.

    Job Description

    • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations (history, physicals, diagnostics).
    • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions under physician supervision.
    • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
    • Perform minor procedures and assist with interventional pain management techniques.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic studies; prescribe medications within scope.
    • Provide patient education on treatment options, rehabilitation, and self-care.
    • Collaborate with a team of physicians, therapists, and behavioral health providers.
    • Accurately document encounters in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.

    Requirements

    • Current, unrestricted California PA or NP license.
    • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
    • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, or workers compensation preferred (training provided for new grads).
    • 2-3 years of clinical experience (residency accepted for new graduates).
    • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-education skills.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care.
    • EMR proficiency preferred.
