RN Manager Memory Care Facility

This opportunity is with a family-owned organization committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care across their memory care and assisted living communities. They operate four facilities in the Bay Area: Campbell (48 beds), Saratoga (49 beds), Los Gatos (79 beds), and Redwood City (58 beds).

Job Description

• Oversee nursing operations primarily at our Campbell location, with occasional support at our other facilities as needed
• Serve as the main point of contact for physicians and families regarding residents' care
• Review and oversee documentation and care notes prepared by LVNs and CNAs
• Support and mentor clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance
• Foster a positive and compassionate environment within our memory care and assisted living communities
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts and some weekends as needed to support staff and residents

Requirements

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Prior management experience as an RN required
• Experience in memory care strongly preferred, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong, approachable personality
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and support multiple facilities

Benefits

• Salary: $140,000/year

• 20% hiring fee with a 60-day guarantee
