Geriatric Medicine Associate

Job Description:
- Focus on geriatric medicine
- Provide primary care, cardiology, imaging, nutritional services, medication dispensing, and resource support on-site
- See 15-20 patients per day
- Outpatient only, no inpatient needs
- Office hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
- Call coverage shared (only by phone)
Requirements:
- FP or IM trained physician
