Job Description

• Develop and lead an academic division blending clinical excellence, education, and research
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of faculty, fellows, and staff
• Expand advanced GI services, including endoscopy, inpatient, and outpatient care
• Serve as a hands-on leader—rounding, consulting, and managing complex GI cases
• Drive strategic growth for the GI service line in collaboration with system leadership

Requirements

• Strong background in clinical care and leadership
• Commitment to excellence in advanced endoscopic surgery and routine gastrointestinal care
