Job Description:

• Provide leadership and management within the department to ensure effective operation and advancement of the section.
• Enhance section productivity and revenue.
• Manage complex clinical services and foster collaboration for high-quality care and patient safety.
• Promote research, quality improvement, and educational alignment with best practices.
• Strive for regional or national recognition.

• Support faculty development and manage recruitment and staffing for the section.
