Location: Brenham, TX

Job Description:

• Work for 13 weeks in a skilled nursing facility
• Minimum of 32 hours per week

Requirements:

• Texas OT license required prior to start
• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• State License-Occupational Therapist-Texas
• NPI Number

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to lift from 50-100lbs
