Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed for home health setting surrounding Leominster, MA! This position offers a 13-week assignment with a coverage area that includes Leominster and Westborough.

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Deliver care to patients in the designated coverage area

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience
• Must have a Massachusetts license in hand
• Current CPR certification
• Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

Licenses/Certifications

• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
• State License - Physical Therapist - Massachusetts
• NPI Number

Physical Abilities

• Ability to lift from 50-100 lbs
