Physical Therapist

This position will accept first-time travelers and those with 1 year of experience. This facility does not require travelers to report to home before or after shifts.

Job Description

• Home health physical therapy
• 45-60 miles per day driving
• No call
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
• 4-5 patients per day, 28 points per week
• Coverage area: Northern Neck of VA, Essex, King William, Caroline, King George Counties
• Shift information: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 08:00 - 17:00

Requirements

• Virginia PT license and BLS required
• Eligible to submit if they have another state license in hand
• Home health PT cannot be inpatient or outpatient
• Oasis experience required
• CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NPI number
