Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed for Home Health setting in Elkins, WV! This is a 99-bed community hospital that serves the emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and acute-care needs of the people of this West Virginia community. This is a great location if you enjoy being outdoors. There are many parks in the area offering endless outdoor recreation opportunities. Visit the local railroad museum and spend time on the river that winds through town.

Job Description

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 5x8 Days 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with weekdays only and no weekends or call
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• Experience required: 1 year
• First time traveler: Yes
• Certifications: BLS, WV State License
• Skills Required: Home Health Documentation, Assessment, Discharge Evaluation, Long Term Goals, OASIS, Plan of Care, Reassessments, RUG Levels, Short Term Goals, Time Management

• Knowledge of OASIS
• EMR: Netsmart, McKesson
• Physical Abilities: From 50-100 lbs
